Application Fee Exceptions

You will not be asked for payment if:

  • You have previously attended K-State and paid the application fee
  • You have applied to K-State and paid the application fee within the last 12 months
  • You are currently a high school student taking college course work at K-State and are now applying for regular admission

If your preferred entry term is not listed here, please note: We begin processing applications approximately 15 months before the first class day of each term. To request information about K-State for a future entry term, please fill out our information request form.

Only online or off-campus courses?

If you are

  • taking only online or off-campus courses, and
  • not seeking a degree, minor, or certificate,

this form is not required. Begin by selecting your course with class search, then you will be prompted to complete a short non-degree seeking application.

Do you have a K-State account (eID)?*
All students - future and current - are required to have a K-State eID. It is used to access your saved application, and for admitted students, it is used for their K-State email, to enroll in classes, and much more.
